Planning a wedding is hard enough....
Let me ease a bit of that stress.
Your wedding day should be filled with unforgettable moments, genuine laughter, and memories you'll cherish for a lifetime- not stress over whether every special moment is being captured.
From the details you spent months planning to the once in a lifetime moments you never want to forget- I have got you covered.
You have questions? I have answers!
Q: How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
A: As soon as you've secured your wedding date and venue. Popular wedding dates can book well in advance, and I only take one wedding per date. If you have your heart set on working with me, don't wait until the last minute!
Q: We're awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
A: ABSOLUTELY. I will help pose you, guide you, make you laugh, and create an environment where you can feel comfortable with me. My goal is to capture your connection, your emotions, and YOUR day. Not a scripted set of smiles.
Q: Do you offer engagement sessions?
A: YES! AND I LOVE THEM! Engagement sessions give us the opportunity to get comfortable working together prior to your wedding day!
Q: How many hours of wedding coverage do I need?
A: That depends on YOUR wedding. Intimate ceremonies don't need the same as a full day celebration. It is my job to help guide you to what will work best for your timelines and your vision.
Q: Do I offer payment plans?
A: Let's chat about your budget, and what you will be investing in. I am always willing to work with you!
Q: How do we officially reserve our wedding date?
A: Your date is secured once your photography contract is signed, and your required retainer is paid! Until then, I do not book a date and it will remain open to other couples.
Q: How many images will I get back, and how long will it take?
A: Industry standard is roughly 1 image per minute. I tend to deliver above that, but always want you to understand the 1 image per minute is a good rule to live by expectation wise. I am a hand editor. Meaning I don't just slap a filter on you and call it good. I go through each image, and make sure that they are to my liking and standard prior to moving on. Due to this- return time can vary between 6-8 weeks. But a sneak peak is given within 72-96 hours!
Q: What makes Tilted Perspective Photography different?
A: I am NOT interested in making your wedding look like someone else's. I am interested in your story. All the planned moments to the unexpected ones. I want you to remember what your day felt like, not what just happened. Your day deserves to be documented authentically.
Q: Where do you photograph weddings?
A: I am based in Ellis County, but serve couples throughout the DFW Metroplex and beyond.
