Q: What is required to book the session?
A: To book a session I require a non-refundable retainer that is 50% of the session fee.
Q: Does my non-refundable retainer go towards my session fee?
A: Yes, the non-refundable retrainer is put towards your session fee. The remaining half of the session fee is due the day of the session.
Q: Are there any hidden fees when it comes to booking a photography session?
A: No. No hidden fees. Session fees include the images that have been discussed. The only additional expenses will be if you decide to print your images through the professional print lab attached to your gallery.
Q: How long is the turn around time for sessions?
A: 2-3 weeks. I do give a sneak peak within the first week.
Q: Is my non-refundable retainer able to be moved to another date?
A: Yes, I do allow for nonrefundable retainers to be moved to another date if we need to reschedule so long as the session is completed within 6 months of the original booking date.
Q: For events- how soon can I expect to see the galleries?
A: Galleries will begin to go up within a week of the event. You can watch for updates regarding progress on my Facebook page. Galleries can be found under their respective tabs in galleries that do go up in order of date, with the first day of the event being the first day posted.
REFUND POLICY:
Once images have been delivered through their downloadable link with the proof watermark removed- all sales are final.
If you have pre-ordered your images for an event- and wish to cancel your order- you will need to do so 24 hours prior to the event. Once images are delivered with the proof watermark removed, all sales are final.
Non-refundable retainers used to book the session date are not refundable as explicitly stated during the booking process.
